• A parking space belongs to the apartment.
• The building is only accessible via one step.
• The rooms are only accessible via steps.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 72 cm wide.
• The dining table is wheelchair compatible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
• The kitchen counter, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.

Bedroom basement

• There are three more rooms available in the first floor.
• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 156 cm x 200 cm;
  left of the bed 104 cm x 209 cm;
  right of the bed 56 cm x 209 cm.
• The bed is WERT cm high.
• A nursing bed is not available.
• The bathroom is not designed for people with disabilities (very small manoeuvring spaces, no grab rails, etc.).
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the toilet and washbasin 101 cm x 148 cm;
  left of the toilet 59 cm x 49 cm and right of the toilet 185 cm x 49 cm.
• The sink is not wheelchair compatible.
• The mirror is not visible while sitting.
• The shower is accessible without thresholds.
• The manoeuvring space in the shower is 108 cm x 204 cm.
• No shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
• There are no grab rails available in the shower.
• An alarm trigger is not available.
