- The dining table is wheelchair compatible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
- The kitchen counter, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.

- The bathroom is not designed for people with disabilities (very small manoeuvring spaces, no grab rails, etc.).

in front of the toilet and washbasin 101 cm x 148 cm;
left of the toilet 59 cm x 49 cm and right of the toilet 185 cm x 49 cm. - The sink is not wheelchair compatible.
- The mirror is not visible while sitting.
- The shower is accessible without thresholds.
- The manoeuvring space in the shower is 108 cm x 204 cm.
- No shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
- There are no grab rails available in the shower.
- An alarm trigger is not available.
